I-CON is the home to new Irish music on Phantom and broadcasts every Wednesday night from 10pm – 12pm. Presented and produced by Cathal Funge and co-produced by Lynn Cummins, the show continually strives to support the local Irish independent music scene.

Features on the show include The K9 Sessions, Album of the Month, The Listening Post (New Artist Profiles), The Set List and live studio sessions.

The Bull Are In...

Dublin 2-piece The Bull Munro will be the featured artists in next week's The Listening Post. The band will be playing this weekend at Castlepalooza so for those of you heading down, if you like what you hear, check it out.

Phantom's First Friday returns to its monthly venue of The Academy next Friday, 6th August. The line-up includes The Cast of Cheers, Talulah Does The Hula, The Capitals and Milk with a DJ set from Pure Morning's Richie McCormack and Charlotte Flood. Our guests in The Live Quarter will be lovely ladies from Talulah .

Tonight's Listening Post featured band, Dublin 4-piece, The Looks, release their double A-side single "Enemies/Romeo" this Thursday with a launch party taking place in Twisted Pepper.
